Miss Ashley Fay was born and raised in Florida. She began her competitive dancing career at the age of 4 under the instruction of Miriam and Valerie’s School of Dance Arts. During her training here, she performed in numerous local festivals and shows and also competed at Florida Dance Master where she won the “Twinkling Star” title.
At the age of 8, she then pursued her dance training under the instruction of Tera Primm at The Dance P.A.D.. She competed at many competitions and conventions and won multiple overalls and scholarships along the way. In 2010, Miss Ashley was inducted into the Video Hall of Fame for a lyrical solo choreographed by Cooper Zamorano.
During her time at The Dance P.A.D. she worked with many professional choreographers like Chris Jacobsen, Melody Lacayanga, and Cooper Zamorano.
In 2012, she made one last move to Focus Performing Arts under the direction of Jenny Strickland-Clifton. While training here, she won numerous scholarships at dance conventions from very well-known choreographers, Tyce Diorio, Chris Jacobsen, Justin Giles, and Caroline Lewis-Jones just to name a few. At Adrenaline Dance Convention, she had the honor of being a “Crew Member” for 6 years and travelled to various cities in the U.S. to assist the convention.
Miss Ashley Fay is trained in various styles of dance like contemporary, tap, jazz, acro, progressions, and musical theatre. She began teaching and choreographing in 2015 and has fallen in love with it every since. In 2018, Miss Ashley graduated from the Acrobatic Arts Training Program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With this training, she hopes to be able to build the Acro program and to ensure the safety of the dancers by using this specialized training. Miss Ashley Fay enjoys being able to share her passion with others and is blessed to be at 3D Motion.
