Lyrical

Lyrical dance blends the techniques of ballet, jazz, modern, and acrobatics into one expressive and dynamic style. Dancers use the lyrics and emotion of the music to guide their movements, telling a story through fluid and powerful choreography. It moves with more speed and intensity than ballet, yet with more grace and emotion than traditional jazz. Lyrical is a beautiful standalone class and also pairs wonderfully with Ballet or Jazz to deepen a dancer’s artistry.

Jazz

Jazz is a high-energy dance style full of rhythm, style, and personality. Dancers develop strong technique, sharp and expressive movements, and musicality while moving to upbeat music. This class focuses on precision, strength, and dynamic choreography. Jazz is exciting on its own and pairs perfectly with Ballet to build a strong foundation and versatile skills.

Acrobatics

Acrobatics blends the strength and control of gymnastics with the grace and fluidity of dance. Unlike traditional gymnastics, Acro focuses on smooth transitions, extended lines, and expressive movement. Dancers learn to execute impressive tricks, balances, and partner work with an emphasis on control, flexibility, and artistic presentation.

Musical Theater

Step into the spotlight with Musical Theater! This fun and theatrical dance style draws inspiration from Broadway and combines expressive movement, character work, and storytelling. Rooted in Jazz technique, dancers also explore elements of acting and stage presence to bring choreography to life. This class shines on its own and pairs perfectly with Jazz, Tap, or Hip Hop for dancers looking to boost their performance skills.

Ballet, Tap & Tumble Ages 2-4

Perfect for young beginners, this lively combo class gives dancers a taste of three exciting styles! They’ll learn graceful ballet steps, upbeat tap rhythms, and basic tumbling skills—all while building balance, coordination, and confidence. It’s a fun-filled introduction to the world of dance and movement!

Aerial Silks

Take your dance skills to the skies! Use aerial silks to develop strength, grace and poise. In this class you’ll learn how to use aerial silks (tissu) to wrap your feet, hands and body and elevate your abilities, improving all your other forms of dance.

Aerial Hoop

Dance from a metal hoop (lyra) hanging from the ceiling! On it, you’ll learn to lift your body skyward, spin and flow through poses and dynamic movement. Gain skill, strength snd confidence needed for all other forms of dance.
